I am placing this for all who may be interested. I too went though the horrible withdrawal of Efffexor, about 2 months ago. I went to my doctor and this is the combination that helped me get through it, without having to go back on Effexor...which I absolutely refused to do:

Meclazine - 25 mg. 1 tab 3 x a day- for the nauseau and dizziness...this is a motion sickness pill.

Ativan - .5 mg. 1 tab 3 x a day as needed - for nerves, to calm you down.

If you have horrible headaches too, ask for Midrin, you take two capsules at onset of headache and repeat every hour up to 12 hours until headache is gone.

I know this seems like alot, but believe me, I would not let them put me back on Effexor, and this combination worked! So if relief is waht your after...ask your doctor about this combo and see if it might work for you...I don\'t think I could have made it without it.
