I am a paramedic plus in recovery from opiod and xanax. withdrawal from both really suck.....trust me , dont get to involved with ativan, valium, xanax any more that you have to. Remember, the benzo molecule is similar to alcohol so figure that your body is getting saturated with dirty metabolites., Half life on these drugs is significant. If i can help. w/b
