Some of my experiences in the past 10 days include: *sweats *crazy dreams *low fever *chills *cold-like symptoms *zaps *out of body experiences *unable to focus *tremendous anxiety *depression

My anxiety and depression is worse than it was before Effexor. I have a wife that is due in February and a 3 year old son. I feel I am not capable of supporting them and I am filled with despair.

I could use some help to cope with this so please let me know your thoughts.
