Hi Shauna- Thank you for the reply. Prozac, like Effexor is an SSRI, but who knows how these chemicals might interact despite there allegedly common affect, or what kind of dependence they create. I have actually seen Effexor compared to heroin. I really think it was easier dealing with the depression anxiety and ocd without the added burden of what these drugs are doing to me. I am trying to get some advice from my doctor- but doctor\'s are so tough to get on the phone. The \"brain zaps\" are very hard to describe any better than the name. It feels like electrical currents passing through in waves. There is also a very annoying auditory aspect, like a very electric-sounding buzzing or ringing. I hope everything is going well for you. Keep pushing that water. It is amazing how crucial it is and how we still overlook it. Thank you again for your reply. Christopher
