Some people manage it in a couple of weeks, But I went through hell for 3 months. It was worse than any depressive episode I\'ve ever suffered. I\'m glad to say that I am now free of it. I have some \'freaky\' moments,but I\'ve found other ways to deal with the depression. C.B.T. can work wonders,and can really help. (cognative behavioral therapy). Good luck to you all!
