I went to an Herbal place this weekend also got some got info and natural herbs. The guy knew a lot about effexor and what it does and made some great suggestions. However, I am not taking the natural herb stuff until I am almost off all of the effexor. I read it can be dangerous if you mix the prescribed med\'s and the herbal stuff. Thanks again
