Posted by michelle on 01/14/05 at 11:50 PMI have gone cold turkey off effexor and feel like I have been hit with a bulldozer. I am constantly on edge, feel like my head is about to spin off, dizzy with flue like symptoms. I have experienced some real bad mood swings and now the doctors want to put me on lithium as a mood stabilizer. I don\'t know what to do as I don\'t seem to have any stress tolerance, feel crappy all the time and can\'t wait for this to end. It has been 9 days now. What should I do. I am affraid to listen to the doctors as I feel effexor has put me here and I can\'t see another drug to help with covering up what the it has done? Can anyone help.
