Try taking about 4 Vitamin b a day. It is a natural anti-stress vitamin. I can tell a big difference when I\'m stressed out. I\'m happy and it calms my nerves so that life is manageable. Psychiatrists are evil and are going to hell, if you wnat my opinion.
