I have been on Wellbutrin for approximately 8 years, with my dosage now up to 300 mg a day. A little less than a year ago I was prescribed, in addition to the Wellbutrin, effexor XR which I take twice a day, (2) 37.5mg capsules in the A.M. and (1) 37.5mg at night for a total of 1165mg per day. I was told that both of these levels are on the high side. Since I started taking the Effexor I have gained almost 30lbs in less than a year. I was wondering if it was the effexor that is contributing to the weight gain. I also have no interest in sex and I sweat continuously since I started taking the effexor. I\'m not so sure it is worth it anymore. Chris
