I am currently taking the effexor every 5th day and will be completely off in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know if it is ok for me to start taking the 5htp now or do I have to wait until I am completely off? I am having the \"brain shivers\" I\'ve read about as side effects of getting off, I can\'t hardly stand it and am looking for any way to help. Thanks Kim
