Posted by ewan on 04/21/05 at 04:26 PMI decided to stop about two weeks ago. Was on effexor 150 for a year and remeron as well for about 6 months. The first few days were hell, couldn\'t concentrate, had extremely violent thoughts and thoses brain zaps too. But even after just two weeks i\'m feeling different...i have more energy and am more sensitive to others. Still very confused but i\'m getting help from a person, not a drug. The things with these meds is there are WAY over-perscribed by lazy docs. Go to a pshychologist, they can help you get your balance back...and hang in there, you\'re not alone.
