So, the slight weight gain wasn\'t for me a huge issue. However, my blood pressure increased. Also, acid reflux does occur from time to time and I can\'t recall having this problem before I went on effexor. For the past 2 weeks I have weaned myself off by sliitting the capsule in half. There are withdrawls symptons of nausea and sluggishness, but I\'m getting through it.
