I\'m down to 21 capsules and am going to try taking 1 every other day to taper off. My Sis is a nurse and she has told me horror stories about the withdrawls, like yours. Too bad that the doctors were so ill informed about it 2 years ago. That is the freaking drug companies for ya\'. Hang in There... Jeff
