I too am now going through withdrawls and I\'m so glad that I found this forum. I had been on 75mg for 3 months and decided to ween off. I took 1 every other day, but found out soon enough that if I didn\'t take it in the morning,that by mid afternoon I started feeling bad. After my 75mg I got 2 weeks of 37.5 samples from my dr. and started them every other day. I thought that I was free and clear of the withdrawls, because I had minor surgery and was on Percocet. I didn\'t feel any withdrawl symptoms and was so relieved! Come to find out that the pain meds was masking my withdrawl symptoms. I finished with my pain meds yester day morning and by the afternoon I felt horrible, so much so that I went to bed at 6pm and slept a whole 12 hours! What is so bad to me is that my dr just put me on these because she said I had hormone problems. Didn\'t check what kind of problems, your endocrine system is quite large and did anyone check? NO! Just put me on the Effexor and sent me on my merry way. Going to an endocrinologist soon!
