Posted by joanna on 09/15/04 at 03:47 PMI am trying to wean off right now and it\'s really hard. you should go to gnc and buy \"super cleanse\" or \"cleansing formula\" I just started it a couple of days ago and it has eased up the horrible withdrawls that I have been having. note I still have them just not as severe. I hope this helps
