You must be a very strong person to gold cold turkey from 225mg. Good luck! I was also on 225 mg. I\'ve been cutting down since April 20th. I\'ve replaced it with 20 mg Lexapro. I recently got down to 75 mg Effexor and I thought I was handling it pretty well. Of course, I got the light headedness, stomach aches, zapping, fogginess, etc. I know I have become more emotionally sensitive than usual and tenser. I thought I was handling it pretty well...Unfortunately my bofriend doesn\'t think so. He asks how long it\'s going to take. Does anyone know? Whenever I cut down I need to be myself. Don\'t feel like I want to be around people. But eventually it gets better and then the next time I cut down I go through it again. Soon it will be over. Yeah!
