There are about 120-125 grains in each 37.5 mg capsule. I removed 1 grain per day for 4 months. Sometimes I feel like I\'m going to die. The constant ringing in my ears and electric type of buzzing in my head is beyond TRAGIC! I can\'t concentrate or focus on anything. I am just about UN able to read or comprehend anything I read. Sleep? Too much or sometimes my eyes just POP open and I\'m wide-awake. I called the number today and they said this site is wrong and needs to be up dated! We have to do something! Thanks, Jeffrey
