What an amazing drug!

I have been diagnosed with cronic anxiety and depression, and for years now I have been battling this on my own without the help of any drugs...but I just couldn\'t help myself any longer and went to visit my Doctor. He put me on 37.5 mg. 3x a day/ For the first 4 days I experienced all the side effects you can possibly imagined...sleepless nights and all, then on the 5th day all the side effects disappeared just like magic. I have been on effexor for 5 weeks now and let me tell you that I have never felt better in my life! I consider this to be some kind of wonder pill :) I feel happy all the time and I am doing so much better at my job. People tell me how different I look and act ALL THE TIME. My Doctor wants me to be on it for at least 2 years. I used to binge on sweets all the time and now I don\'t because now I can control my thoughts, my anxieties and my fears. I am also on a diet to lose weight and exercising to tone my body which is something that I was never able to do before. I have lost about 10lbs. and I feel and look great!
