Hi, Well, just finished a degree in multimedia a yr ago, then nursed my father with cancer before he passed on, the effexor helped me alot! until I decided to regain my life, only 2 days after stopping my dose of 75 mg, basically because my GP only gave me a small dose at a time and always running out I found myself waking up at 2pm, feeling like someone had tied bricks to my entire body and totally exhausted. I think my worst side effect from this drug so far(mind you this is only after 3 days) are the electric currents that run through my body, mainly my eyelids when I blink? most uncomfortable. Really struggling here. Then to phone the GP (I am in Holland and I cannot speak the language remember) then getting a receptionist at the GP\'s telling me to collect more meds at 6pm, finally I send my hubby when he is home from work to get my meds, great, the chemist is shut! how frustrating. something has to be done about this drug, seems that everyone has the same problems getting off it. Surely the company cannot get away with this.

Anyway, tomorrow instead of collecting my effexor from the chemist, I shall be visiting the GP\'s surgery with opening times of the chemist and singing my natioonal anthem while I pin copies of the opening times of the chemist on their walls, well I guess, the doctor got me in this mess and I shall use my new found abilities to the best I can?? Any law suite I would be interested in, also am good at writing case law, but we need someone who knows about this drug to back us here? Laurel
