I have been on for years. 150mg a day. Finding myself becoming more and more tired and sleeping I decided to come down. I lowered the dose a little each day. Took about 2 weeks to come off. Have had all the withdraw symptons described by others. Extreme dizziness, electric shock tremmors throughmy whole body. Will try the benedril. Am very interested in the class action lawsuit. People should not have to go through this.
