I was recently on vacation and I misplaced/lost half of my Effexor script. After a day I was in desperate need of another \"fix\". Given the fact that a new script would have exceeded the insurance company limit I was told that I had to pay full price for the RX in cash. As a graduate student I could not afford the $90.00 and my doctor\'s office was of little help. After two days I began to feel \"odd\" and went on line to investigate the withdrawal side effects. Needless to say I was amazed at the volume of negative effects of this drug. I was told absolutely nothing about these consequenses. Where is the ethical imparative of \"do no harm\" here. Are we all victims of malpractice?
