Has this been one of the hardest things you\'ve done? I am about two weeks into coming off 300 mg.

I saw the post... you\'ve been off about 30 days are your withdrawals getting any better? I\'ve been trying to drink a lot of water and during the real bad times taken a seroquel to take the edge off.

I\'ve been reading at some other web sites (who knows though who is posting responses)One gal was still having withdrawals a year later (Sleeplessness, and zaps, (I\'m gathering zaps are the funky thing that happens in your brain when you move. I call it sheetmetal doors sliding in my brain)...Scary.

Any way, I am just really curious to know how your withdrawals are going. I don\'t have any words of wisdom on withdrawals. I have just been an emotional wreck and try and push through every day. It\'s kind of like you are addicted to Heroin or something. Every day I think and push myself to do this. Every day it will get easier.

I thank God for my husband though. Poor man this is the hardest thing he has had to do too...dealing with me. Good luck!!
