Posted by KJS on 06/12/02 at 11:24 PMI have been taking for about 6 months for GAD and Depression. The paxil eliminated the Anxiety but I felt very tired and put on near 40 pounds. My doc just added Welbutrin in addition to the Paxil, hence 40 MG Paxil in morning + 150 mg of welbutrin + another welbutrin 150 mg in afternoon. I must say My energy level has boosted after one week. I feel a little jittery but i\'m starting to do some things besides lay on the couch and sleep. If this doesnt work he said the next option is Zoloft because it\'s supposed to be more energizing.
