Check out dental schools at your local univerisity\'s. I just had a tooth removed for this very same reason. My exam and the majority of the pull was covered, however having an implant is not.
My university quoted me somewhere around 1400.00 for an implant compared to 5,000.00 in the private sector. Just need to be patient to get through the system. It\'s not worth playing with your health.
