Posted by Karen on 05/06/03 at 05:37 PMSeems like this is a common problem. I got a root canal because the tooth was abcessed and have never gotten better. Would have been better to have the tooth pulled...especially when I had insurance. Now, with no insurance, I am doing what I can to take care of it til I can get to the dentist.
When I would have a flare-up, I would eat 6 or 7 yogurts a day for about 4 days. Then the abcess would burst and I would be o.k. for about 2 months. Now it has moved up...out of my gums and I worry that it will go to my brain or something. Can that happen? Nobody has answered that question that so many others have asked.
