Posted by caryl on 06/05/05 at 12:40 PMyou can\'t afford NOT to have a root canal...I am going thru something similar, cost is $1065 which I consider more than reasonable for these three procedures and a follow up in six weeks..I had no idea that I had this problem, the tooth was dead and both the dentist and I knew that, turns out that the abcess was almost to the bone, xrays didn\'t show, it was hidden. I felt so much better after the first procedure, obviously it was poisoning me for a long time..I felt so much better. Most people spend a thousand dollars on junk food or at-work lunches in a few months, endodontist will work with you, you have to have it done.
