i've had AC for over a year in the left shoulder. my right shoulder started to freeze up about a month ago also. so i am struggling with both arms right now. i am so frustrated at times all i feel like doing is crying. i've been through pt and can't honestly say this has helped much. my biggest problems are sleeping and getting dressed. sometimes i wonder if i will ever get better. if anyone has any suggestions i would appreaciate hearing from you.
