I use to have severe cramping in my legs at night and numbness and tingling during the day. My naturopath suggested that I take a calcium/magnesium supplement, but it did not seem to help. Months later I had blood work done at my family physician and my B12 was way down. My naturopath suggested that I take 2mgs of B12 subl. a day and after 3 months I noticed a big difference.

This was my case.
