Recently (well over the last year or so) I have been developing a red rash on my face It only seems to appear when I am on the toilet or cleaning myelf afterward. The rash is always on my forehead and can also be on my nose, chin, below my eys and neck. The rash and itchyness goes away after 5 minutes.

I have also gotten the rashes on my face and sometimes my trunk when I am working under pressure. My wife thnks that it may be hives

Any sugestions or advice
