It was also very itchy and she believes because she scratched at it she developed a rash with smaller,round,lesions around the first bigger lesion she started with. I thought maybe she got this from her tights from her Halloween costume. Only now my two year old just developed a round, red, ulcer just like my other daughter. It looks like a crater just over a 1/2\" in diameter. My eldest\'s ulcer is starting to dry up. Should I be concerned.
