I am a 28 year old male. My doctor prescribed levbid for bowel spasms. I seem to use to restroom more often espcially on the weekends. My doctor says that when I get stressed or nervous instead a headache or something I use that restroom. What would help me out a little bit is having a few beers to relax me. Is it all in my head or what? I am working out more but that still does not seem to help out. A friend of mine thinks I might have diverticulous. Any suggestions.
