Red Facial Hives / Rash / Hot Flush

In the last ten years I have developed a rash that keeps popping up on my face and occasionally biceps - patches of red (only slightly raised at times) I agree with my doctor in that it appears to be seborrheic dermititis and cortisone based cream do tend to kill it off after a bad eruption, but I want to get to the root of it. Sure stress plays a factor, but only so far and my allergies definately affect it, as I had to move away from a moldy wet city (Vancouver) inland to get relief. I have heard that the condition is primarily considered to be caused by a kind of yeast infection. When I have a severe episode, it feels very much like something is growing on/in my skin, and the temperature of my face gets much hotter. Often a headache or allergy symptom accompanies it. I'm wondering if I should stick to a strict candida diet. Another recommendation from the people at http://theraherb.com said i should try their Stress Off #166 and Flare Off #150 plus a Detoxin-S #74 - chinese remedies of a some sort. I really need to deal with it, it has cost me a couple jobs, when I get bad, I get bad... one time my eyes even blackened a bit. At worst case, I look like an individual with AIDS and a beat red face as well. Then, over the course of ten days I can clear up so much no one would know I have any problems at all - yet I can see the tinies traces of brownish tinged skin left that are a tell tale to me only...Mold and pollen seem to really worsen the equation, as does long hours in front of the puter. Ive tried so many things... now Im starting to think I had better diet, get off sugar and bread maybe.
