Posted by wendy on 05/05/03 at 06:41 PMholger, you have to be diligent and besides the corticosteroid rx, you need to never use soap, use cetaphil and always use a vasaline type cream like Neutragena hand cream after washing. no hot water. you can do this at work too. I am a nurse and this helps me
