Posted by Holger Koeck on 07/25/02 at 10:17 PMI currently also have extreme eczema on my hands. If I dont keep them moist or lubricated then they become very dry and start peeling even more. For me it all start under the nail by the tip of my fingers or the side of the fingers as \"hard-like\" skin. This then eventually peels and spreads all over my hands. I a currently using Prevex and Topicort to control it, but my job requires the use of my hands and therefore (even with gloves) dry out quickly causing them never to heal. My skin when it peels becomes very sensitive and working with them becomes difficult. Please reply if you have any suggestions.
