I have found that intense moisturizing does help, but the best thing I have done is avoid exposure to heavy soaps, especially household cleansers and laundrey detergent. I switched to a mild soap, along with regular moisturizer, and didn\'t have a break out until I stayed a few days at a house that only had Coast bar soap and I immediately had another break out.
