eczema on hands
Posted by Jeromy on 09/28/00 at 03:32 PMI have eczema on my hands which always begins with small blisters, swelling, then severe dryness and cracking. My Dr will only suggest steroids, but I don't like to think that's all I can do. I have avoided the steroids so far. Been experimenting with diet after much research. My hands look much better after cutting out dairy and gluten, but they still swell up with blisters occasionally. Do you have any suggestions?
