Liver cysts

Just noticed an old message from one Mike Douglas who mentioned that he had managed to rid himself of liver cysts & recommended a parasite cleanse plus dandelion and milk thistle. I am desperately seeking a treatment for my own liver cysts, which seem to enlarge each month but, after two courses of remedies (which included lots of milk thistle & dandelion plus specific herbs which were supposed to tackle the bacteria which cause the cysts) my liver is larger still. Any more precise info on treatments would be much appreciated. I can't believe or accept that there's nothing which can shift these cysts & life is becoming a nightmare!!
