That was 2 years ago, I was doing fine and losing weight on it until recently. 6 months ago. my dosage was doubled since then I have becomed fatigued and having chest pains. Also having severe headaces and it is not helping me to lose weight anymore in fact, I have started to gain some back. My blood pressure that has been great is now shooting out of portion....so far I have not had any seizures but with these other problems I am expecting anything. I was on other medicine and it made me very fatigued after 7 years on it. How long were any of you on Topamax before these seizures or any other sympthoms started?
