I have never replied to anything like this, but desperately need to know more information about this awful medication! I started on Topamax in 3/05 and went up to 200 mg this summer. At first I was so tired I could not stand it, but then things got worse. I sustained two falls over three months, one which required ER attention and left a scar on my chin! The worst problems have been that I could not complete sentences, my right arm drew up and I am still having tremors! It is so emabarrassing and I can even when I am resting that I am shaking! I am very frightened, don\'t feel comfortable talking with the prescribing MD, and cannot afford to go anywhere else. I have stopped taking the mess and my mental faculties have improved. Again, I would greatly appreciate any info. Thank you.
