In the past, I've had similar irritation to what you have and my GYN diagnosed me with a fungal infection. You should definitely get it checked out.

In the mean time, you could try the following things that I always have success with for yeast and bladder infections:

Yogurt with live, active cultures and/or Acidophillus pills for yeast infections. This helps to calm the overgrowth of yeast that causes the irritation.

100% Cranberry juice and/or cranberry juice pills (or tea) for bladder infections. Cranberry has properties that prevent bacteria from sticking to the bladder.
