Posted by Becky on 02/24/06 at 03:11 AMI had the marina coil put in 8 weeks after i had my baby and since then all i have suffered with is very painful/sharp pains on the left side of my stomach, spots and very bad periods lasting more then 14 days at a time which have been very heavy and uncomfortable. I have also gained weight sice the fitting and yet i\'m eating less and exercising.i have gone from a size 10 to a size 12-14 in just 9 weeks. i am very disappointed with the coil and definatly wouldn\'t have it again.
