So I\'m asking ways that I can become pregnant without him knowing and then tell him what I\'ve done after I am pregnant. Can I preserve his sperm or something. We don\'t use condoms, but he always pull out. He did leave it in once, but I didn\'t get pregnant and every since then he want try. I love him and I want to bear his child, So please help me.
