I am assuming that you originally had the LEFT ovary removed during surgery, with all the other cyst activity on the right ovary.
Is this surgery to remove the remaining ovary? If so, ok. If not, it seems clear from your history that you are being set up for other surgeries, because all treatment so far hasn\'t worked. Please discuss your chances of future surgeries with your doctors, as well as what else they are planning to do while they are in there.
If you are keeping the ovary at this point (with the assumption that the reason for doing so is future children)an endocrinologist is the doctor specifically trained in hormonal balancing. It sounds like a long term issue that was made worse by the increased hormones of pregnancy. Diet and lifestyle have been shown to affect hormone levels and might be useful with your other therapies. A local licensed Naturopathic Doctor might be someone you could talk to about possibilities.
