Complex ovarian cyst

am 30 years old and about 3 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with a 13cm cyst on my right ovary while pregnant. Whwen I was three month pregnant, I received surgery to remove the cyst along with the ovary and tube. It turned out to be a benign mucenious cystenoma(sp). A year and 3 months ago I started developing pain on my right ovary. The ultrasound showed two simple cysts. I was put on the hormone ring and returned in 3 months for another ultrasound that showed both cysts shrinking. They then put me on birth control pills to speed up the process and 3 months later the next ultrasound showed only one cyst that went from a 3.5 cm to 1.8 cm. They assumed this to be working and scheduled my next ultrasound for 6 months later. That ultasound showed two cysts again, the larger one 3.5*4.6cm. They said they were still simple cysts but needed to be looked at, I decided to get a second opinion from MdAnderson before having surgery. The onocologist wasn\'t to concerned and uped the pill dosage and told me to return in 3 months. AT this time I had a Ca-125 measuring 15. I returned last wednesday and the cyst has not changed in size but is now being called a complex cyst with multiple small follucular cysts around it. The CA-125 was 10 this time. I am scheduled for surgery this thursday and I am scared. This will be my third stomach surgery. There is no history of ovarian cancer in my family and I have had cysts on my ovary since I was eleven the first surgery to romove them and the appendix. Has anyone had experience with complex cysts
