mirena and weight gain/loss
Posted by Dawn on 05/21/04 at 08:26 AMI recently had mirena taken out after only 3 mo of having it. I had it inserted 3 mo after having my 3rd child. I was losing weight on average 2 lbs a week and almost down to my post pregnancy weight and bomb! Weight gain! The problem is that I have had Mirena out for about a month and I still cannot shake the weight. Will it take longer for the hormones to get out of my system? Has anyone else had this problem? How long has it taken you guys to start losing weight again? Thanks for any replies.
