Getting Rid of Reoccuring Yeast Infections

Hi! I had reoccuring yeast infections for about a year. I saw a doctor several times, had several tests, was popping about 2-3 diflucans a month, and using creams constantly...nothing helped. It was ruining my life. Then during a time that I was yeast infection free, I bought all new underwear. I got one more infection and wore my old underwear during that time. But I have worn my new underwear ever since and have not gotten a single yeast infection, it has been about 10 months now. I threw out all of my old underwear. Hopefully this will help someone else too. Heidi
