Posted by Jade on 06/14/04 at 08:29 PMI was told by my GYNO that Mirena doesn\'t cause weight gain, but here I am, 9 months after placement and I\'m 20 lbs heavier. I found it distressing especially when I watch what I eat and I exercise. I took it out today. Hope it helps.
