Posted by nathalie on 04/25/05 at 05:16 PMhi! i have lupus and my platelets went down to 36...and then needed platelet transfusion they went up to 250... with a prednisone treatment but as soon as the dosage goes down my platelets went back down to 98...what would make my platelets go down like that...thank you....
