Roxanne, I was on the pill for years..made me into a witch..then went to Depo for 10 years, a little less of a witch but 20lbs heavier!...I had a Mirena insursted 3 months ago..I had cramping, and bleeding with sex for a few weeks but now no pain, no periods and I love it!! don\'t know about the long haul but it is much better than all my other choices and beleive me I have tried them all!!
