mirena and joint pain

Hi, I had the coil fitted in Sep 03. about 1 month after I started suffering from sacroilliac pain (I had sacroilliac joint dysfunction whilst pregnant). Since then the pain has spread to almost every part of my body. Somedays I cant even change my kidz nappies or dress myself. I am in constant pain. The doc\'s have given me volterol, co-codemol and amitryptyline tabs. I take 13 each day and am still in pain. I visted an osteopath who informed me that my whole body is inflammed. I\'m finding it really hard to cope. I asked two doctors could this be down to my coil and they said \'no\'. I\'m not sure. Has anyone else experienced severe pain like this? Has anyone else had their mirena out due to this and if so what was the result. I have booked an appointment to have my coil removed on friday. Just need a little reassurance that this is the right thing to do. Even writng this is causing my severe pain in both hands. Fed up, please help!
